Benjamin Casper

Ben joins us after a decade at the University of Minnesota Law School’s James H. Binger Center for New Americans where he was a founding director of a collaborative immigration law center composed of three integrated clinics and an education and outreach program. Ben has taught at the University of Minnesota Law School and the St. Thomas University School of Law. His career in the immigration and civil rights space began at Centro Legal in Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and Carleton College. Ben’s many awards and recognitions include being named Lawyer of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer in 2016. He is proficient in Spanish.
