Julio Zelaya is a recent graduate from Gustavus Adolphus College, where he studied political science. In the past, Julio has worked with the Minnesota Department of Education and taught within the Minneapolis School District. Most recently, he spent a year teaching English in the festive city of Barranquilla, Colombia. When not fighting for fundamental rights given by the U.S constitution, Julio can be found in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, teaching swing dance, on stage with his theater troop, or planning a bicycling excursion.
