We know you have questions about your rights and liberties during this frightening, frustrating time. That's why we created ACLU-MN Office Hours, a new virtual event that allows you to drop in and get your most pressing questions answered by one of our staff experts.
This week, we'll be dropping in on our Legal Director Teresa Nelson, who can answer questions like:
- "What are my constitutional rights during the Stay at Home order?"
- "How should the state enforce the order, and how can they ensure that enforcement is fair?"
- "What should the state be doing to protect people who are uniquely vulnerable to the virus, including immigrants and people who are incarcerated?"
