Hailey Bailey is responsible for holistically and strategically directing all fundraising and outreach activities of the ACLU Minnesota. She is responsible for developing and executing coordinated fundraising strategies that include established special events, increasing individual giving, and new methods of corporate and community support. She works with the executive director and senior leadership to develop and maintain a healthy and thriving organizational culture that values the principles of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging and making sure that we make progress toward our goals of fighting for systemic change and racial justice internally and externally.
Hailey comes to the ACLU-MN from Vision Loss Resources where she led their development and marketing programs. She has more than 15 years of nonprofit experience in both domestic and international settings. Her strengths include data analytics, relationship building, strategic thinking, and organization. Hailey is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a volunteer wish granter for Make-A-Wish Minnesota, and Vice President of the Board of Directors for Friends & Co (formally known as Little Brothers of the Elderly). She has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Public Health.
Originally from Idaho, Hailey has lived and worked in almost a dozen countries. In her free time, she is an avid gardener, voracious reader, and professional auntie.
